Addiction Recovery Support

Journey On! believes in you and we are here to support ALL individuals in their recovery from ALL addictions.

Wellbriety Movement

Wellbriety Movement that provides culturally based healing for the next seven generations of Indigenous people.

Wellbriety fosters culturally based principles, values, and teachings to support healthy community development and servant leadership, and to support healing from alcohol, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and intergenerational trauma.

Wellbriety means to be sober and well. Wellbriety teaches that we must find sobriety from addictions to alcohol and other drugs and recover from the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol on individuals, families and whole communities.

The “Well” part of Wellbriety is the inspiration to go on beyond sobriety and recovery, committing to a life of wellness and healing everyday.

Refuge Recovery

Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist-oriented path to freedom from addiction.

This is an approach to recovery that understands: “All individuals have the power and potential to free themselves from the suffering that is caused by addiction.”

We feel confident in the power of the Dharma, if applied, to relieve suffering of all kinds, including the suffering of addiction.

This is a process that cultivates a path of awakening, the path of recovering from the addictions and delusions that have created so much suffering in our lives and in this world.

Refuge Recovery is a systematic approach to training our hearts and minds to see clearly and respond to our lives with understanding and non-harming.
