Journey On Street Outreach Team
The Journey On Street Outreach Team is made up of trusted credible messengers who walk alongside unhoused relatives, helping them connect to essential community and cultural resources.
Journey On LOSS Team (Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors)
The Journey On LOSS Team walks alongside suicide survivors, offering immediate on-scene support and continued bereavement care after the loss of a loved one to suicide.
Journey On Youth Outreach Team
The Journey On Youth Outreach Team provides safety-focused programs for school-aged children, youth housing stability support, and mentorship-based interventions designed to help vulnerable youth build stability, safety, and hope for the future.
